Albert Solé

For years, he worked as a reporter for the public spanish television (TVE) and catalan television (TV3). In 2000 he began directing documentaries. After an extensive series of works in this area, in 2007 directed his first film for cinema: Bucharest, Memory Lost (co-produced by TV3 and TVE), released in many theaters throughout Spain and won the Goya Award for Best Documentary 2009 by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences of Spain, the Gaudí Prize for Best Documentary 2009 by the Catalan Film Academy, the award for Best Documentary at the Festival Cinespaña 2008 (Toulouse, France), and the Award best Director at the Festival Memorimage 2008 (Reus, Spain). Some of his other productions are “Water Stories” for the Agbar Foundation, “The Cordovan”, “The Spain of miracles”, TVE and the Franco-German channel Arte, “The dream of water” for ExpoZaragoza and UNESCO. He also directed a documentary series about the prisoner’s reintegration for Channel Cuatro, “The mind of the raper” for the program Documentos TV and the historical series “Javier Mina, dreams of freedom” for TVE and the aragonese television. Lately, he has produced, written and directed “The final escape”. His documentaries have been broadcast on TV channels worldwide and selected in numerous national and international festivals. Cristina López

Management

Cristina has a degree in Media Studies (University Ramon Llull - Barcelona), in Management and Business Administration (University of Barcelona) and a Master in Marketing, Distribution and Sales of movies (ESCAC - Barcelona) and Cultural Management (UB). She has developed her career as a director and producer’s assistant in different media such as TV3, CCCB (Contemporary Culture Centre of Barcelona) and media production (Orbita Max, OptimTV). She has also developed different promotional activities and economic management within the banking industry and business (DeutcheBank, Banc Sabadell, Barcelona Chamber of Commerce). In 2009 she joined the team developing Minimal Films financing, sales and promotion of several projects of the producer.

After finishing his studies in engieneering he studied film directing in “Centre d’Estudis Cinematogràfics de Catalunya”. He has directed short films and music videos, his career began in fiction production, with "Tirant Lo Blanc" by Vicente Aranda. He went on to produce documentaries from the hand of Albert Solé. He was director of production in “Javier Mina, dreams of freedom," a historical series for TVE and Canal 22 Mexico, "Women in arms" and "Voices from Mozambique" for Bausan Films. In Minimal Films he has done "The final escape" and "Linguarium.". During 2011 he has been working on the recent projects that are produced by Minimal Films: "Gabor", "Metropolis" and "The ignored death”.
