SYNOPSIS

"Voices of my neighbourhood" is a documentary grade aimed at students who want to learn documentary techniques. The documentaries they make for themselves portray Poble Sec by the languages ​ spoken there and its protagonists. They are taught to develop a documentary, from the script, to filming and post production tasks. The course offers all the technical and creative support for a documentary.

DIRECTOR'S COMMENTS

This documentary course has an element that differentiates it from a classical training as it involves key social goals for students / citizens: the search for new citizenship, multiculturalism and multilingualism in the Poble Sec in Barcelona. So apart from the complex process of documentary filmmaking, we indulge in an unfamiliar neighborhood for most of us, slowly discovering some of its facets till the point of starting to understand their reality and get to love them.
