SYNOPSIS

Linguarium is a 28 chapters ‘ series of innovative audiovisual works that explain the cultural wealth and the incidence of multilingualism in Catalonia. In the last decade more than a million immigrants have come to Catalonia, which generates an infinite linguistically diverse solutions that allow both combine with learning mother languages: Catalan and Castilian. Beyond the institutional and pedagogical initiatives known in our country, multilingualism generates lots of new and original experiences in everyday life. Linguarium intended to show real situations that ordinary people develop in their life around multilingualism.
